Sarah
Sarah Schmidt started working with Life & Health Insurance in 1996 and Property & Casualty in 1998. She founded A Family First Insurance Agency in 2009. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Northwestern. She has four adult children and is happily married to Rob (26 years).
Laurel
Laurel began her career at A Family First Insurance Agency in 2011. She graduated from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, MN with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Laurel is our Operations Manager. She has two young boys and is married to Cody.
Greg
Greg Richards is a rural native of north Iowa where he began his 20 year insurance and investment career with Farm Bureau. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a business degree in 2000. Greg is married to Rachel and together they handle the Iowa operations.
Rachel
Rachel Richards joins A Family First Insurance Agency with a heart of service. Rachel specializes in listening to people and getting them the right coverage to help with auto, home, health and medicare products. Rachel & Greg share 3 children in Iowa and 1 baby in heaven waiting to be reunited.
